An online program designed to give you the tools for a healthy and natural transition into menopause. Join herbalist Elaine Sheff of Green Path Herb School to learn how to support a healthy transition through perimenopause, and into the menopausal years. Elaine will cover the major treatment issues to consider, herbs and formulas for menopause, perimenopause, menopause and into the post-menopausal years. She will also dive into diet, supplements, and lifestyle suggestions to have a smooth, healthy, and empowering transition into menopausal and beyond.
