All items are shipped USPS. We re-use packing materials whenever we can. We try to get orders out the same week they are placed. If they are placed on a Thursday or Friday they may go out the following week.

We accept returns of physical products if they are in new condition. The buyer is responsible for shipping the product back, and we will issue a refund after we have received the return.
