This course is designed for young people who are, or will, menstruate and one support person. We ask that the adult accompanying the young person either have a uterus or identify as female. All ages are welcome, and we find that younger people (between 9 and 15) are generally more open to hearing new information about their bodies, before the shaming of our culture has been internalized deeply.
